Where do I even begin? Jennifer is truly a blessing. When I first connected with her, I was completely lost, overwhelmed, and emotionally drained while trying to find a safe living option for my sister. I felt stuck, frustrated, and discouraged—but Jennifer immediately reassured me that I was not alone, and she meant every word.
She checked in on me consistently, followed up with facilities, and stayed actively involved every step of the way. When I felt like giving up, she encouraged me. When one option didn’t work out, she already had another path forward. She was patient, determined, and deeply compassionate, never once making me feel like I was “just another case.”

Jenifer is amazing we visited 5 homes helped me to select the best situation for my 93 year old dad she listened was informative on the area Taylored visits to area budgeting and to his specific needs we selected an amazing home for him they have been so kind patient on top of medical needs and physical needs even gave him a birthday party ! Jennifer follows up answers questions and guided me throughout the transition from skilled nursing to private board and care I recommend aging with safe with options as a great process to find the best placement for your loved one ! She made me feel to comfortable in such a difficult situation. Jennifer listened to our needs, She worked within my Mother’s budget. She sent me over a list of places to choose from staying within my Mother’s budget right away. I choose to see 3. Jennifer made all the arrangements for me to go visit them. Once I choose a home. Jennifer negotiated with the Residential care home for the price and everything else(all the details). I really did not have to do anything but go visit the Homes. Jennifer took care of the rest. Where do I even begin? Jennifer is truly a blessing. When I first connected with her, I was completely lost, overwhelmed, and emotionally drained while trying to find a safe living option for my sister. I felt stuck, frustrated, and discouraged—but Jennifer immediately reassured me that I was not alone, and she meant every word.
She checked in on me consistently, followed up with facilities, and stayed actively involved every step of the way. When I felt like giving up, she encouraged me. When one option didn’t work out, she already had another path forward. She was patient, determined, and deeply compassionate, never once making me feel like I was “just another case.”
The day before move-in, Jennifer checked in. The day after move-in, she checked in again. She truly walked with me through one of the scariest and most emotionally heavy seasons of my life. It felt like she was holding my hand through the entire process, making sure I didn’t have to carry it alone.
I am beyond grateful for Jennifer and for Aging with Safe Options. They turned an overwhelming and painful situation into something manageable, hopeful, and supported. Because of them, I felt seen, heard, and cared for during one of the hardest moments of my life.
